Amy Drake directs sales and marketing at EPOCH and is a fixture in Sarasota’s luxury marketplace. A longtime resident of Longboat Key, Amy enjoyed back-to-back careers at two of the Gulf Coast’s most renowned companies, Longboat Key Club & Resort, and Michael Saunders & Company, where as director of new homes and condominiums, Amy oversaw over $1.5 billion in new construction transactions. She also lead the formation of the MSC Foundation, instituting a year-round system of charitable giving at every level of the company.

OUR STORY
Following this chapter, Amy wrote one of her own, founding Property Perspectives Group specializing in the sales and marketing of new boutique communities — in just three years booking $140 million in sales at Aria Longboat Key, Echelon on Palm and 7 One One Palm. This production earned Amy the #1 position in both 2016 and 2018 for average sales price for individual sales in the region. Amy has now returned to Michael Sanders & Company, the leading luxury brokerage firm in the area.
